The TS/Date agent confirmed all my findings. Key additions from its deeper analysis:

- **12 files use `any` type assertions** — but these are necessary workarounds for raw SQL results and jsPDF library limitations, not actual type errors. TSC passes clean.
- **Client-side date centralization**: `fmtDateBR` is imported in 10 files. Only `Multas.tsx` has a true duplicate. Other `new Date()` usages are for calculations/comparisons (not display formatting), which is correct.
- **No "Invalid Date" strings** found anywhere — the Sprint 0 fix is holding.
